By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments & Wallet System – All payments are manual deposit (GCash, Bank Transfer, Binance, Bybit, PayPal, etc.). Customers must deposit funds to their Wallet Balance before purchasing. Deposits are non-withdrawable and can only be used to buy products from our store. Any transaction fees (e.g., sending fees from your chosen payment channel) are shouldered by the buyer.

2. Product Delivery – Once a purchase is completed using your wallet balance, login details (keys) will be instantly available in your account. No files will be emailed or downloaded — all details are shown directly on the order page and can be copied. Format of login details: username | password | 2FA | access | birthdate. Buyers have 15 to 30 minutes after receiving the login details to log in and check the account.

3. Buyer Responsibility – After the 30-minute checking period, the full responsibility of the account is transferred to the buyer. We will not be liable for any issues that arise after this period, including but not limited to bans, restrictions, or recovery of the account by its original owner. Buyers are encouraged to change all passwords (especially the access password) after successful login. Buyers are free to use or resell the purchased accounts at their own discretion.

4. Warranty & Valid Complaints – We only cover the following issues if reported within 30 minutes of purchase: Incorrect login details (must also be incorrect on our system/IP). Incorrect account information. 2FA not working. Facebook Dating accounts showing errors or mismatches. Complaints must be submitted through our Telegram contact using the Issue Form found on our homepage. We will respond within 24 hours.

5. Communication & Support – Currently, all customer concerns are handled via Telegram contact. Live chat support may be added in the future, but for now Telegram is our official support channel.

6. General Notes – This site is intended for customers who are patient and willing to wait for resolution of their issues. By purchasing, you agree that all accounts are sold as-is, and responsibility passes to you after the initial verification window.
